About ProfitQuote

Free use and accounts

You may create up to three complete quotes before registering. Reasonable technical limits may prevent repeated free trials on the same browser or network. An account is required to continue and to use account-only features.

Paid service

The current standard price is £49 per month plus a £99 personal setup fee, subject to any clearly displayed promotion. Prices and billing terms shown at checkout apply. You may cancel future recurring payments, but charges already due are not automatically refundable except where the law requires.

Your responsibility for every quote

ProfitQuote is a calculation and drafting aid—not a surveyor, estimator, accountant or legal adviser. You must inspect the job, verify measurements, labour, materials, tax, safety requirements and all other figures before sending a quote. You remain responsible for the price and contract you offer to your customer.

AI-assisted suggestions

Some suggestions may be generated with automated systems and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as prompts to check, never as guaranteed prices or professional advice.

Your content and customer data

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate the service. You must have a lawful reason to enter another person’s details and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, upload unlawful material, interfere with security, copy the service or use it to harm others. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep ProfitQuote available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is supplied as a business tool and Big Bulldog UK Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by figures or quotes you failed to check.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or if the service closes, with reasonable notice where practical.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
